“Very pleased with order & quick delivery. An observation - I understand using plastic protection for hygiene purposes but on the mascara I bought there was protection from the manufacturers & yourselves - a nightmare to remove, it could only be done by using a knife!”

“Branded Beauty have some good value offers and high quality products. However, they ran out of stock of the foundation I ordered, but didnt tell me and still sent the parcel out and charged me for it. Or the parcel was returned and they removed it. Either way no foundation. It seems like a small or family run company, as it took a while for my parcel to arrive. So, I missed an alternative scoop elsewhere in the process. The natural face toner, and face scrub were nice. And the eye shadow palette, though not amazing quality, I've found a way to use it still. I think it's a good shop, a little slow on delivery. Personalised customer support (24hr response). Cool things to be found if you're not in a rush for something like foundation. I would shop there again as everything got sorted out. And they were courteous and patient. Plus I got a freebie lipbalm was nice. And the nail varnish cracker for 99p. Overall I received a few bits for approximately £10/11. Scrub, toner, eye pallet, & nail varnish.”

“I have only used Branded Beauty twice but each time received really good service. I received one order and the product was damaged. I contacted customer services with details and got a refund and apology. Great service.”

“Items arrived well packaged and in fact, inside the box, they were individually packaged. Delivery was longer than other companies which I have previously used though. I can’t comment on which courier delivered it, as I wasn’t there when it arrived.”
