They have a huge Twitter following, which can only be a good thing for self-published authors like me who need to promote their books via social media channels, but also I have found their Facebook groups to be very useful resources too. I've met many like-minded authors via the groups who, like Laurence O'Bryan himself and the rest of the BGS team, are friendly, positive and happy to share their wisdom.
