“I ordered a kick 5.0 treadmill. The delivery was late and no communication. Once I chased it I did get delivery timelines. It arrived in a huge crate with no instructions. The treadmill was not working properly on set up and I had to contact customer services many times just being given the answer ‘it’s been referred to our tech team, thanks for your patience’. Two weeks later still nothing. I would not order from again because of the terrible customer service.”

“Finally received today after it stocked 12 days with UPS. Explaint with Brexit. Nevertheless it is arrived. And I am completly happy with it. Easy to get startet. Nice guidline. Absolutly quiet”

“Order my Cross Trainer 7th Jan on the commitment it will be delivered in 2 working days, it's 17th Jan and still waiting to hear from Delivery team... Contact the customer care few times requesting to update about my machine but they have no coordination with delivery team & they have no answers for my questions!!! The product received was damaged too...”

“While working on Step 1 of the assembly, I found that one of the Part D parts does not have threads. I cannot fasten one of the pedals securely. I contacted them and am waiting for their response.”

“According to ups tracking, my order from December 28th, 2020 has been in Germany-Herne-Boerning since January 11th, 2021. I have not yet received the delivery. No reason for this delay is given. Ordering and approval were very quick, shipping was very slow.”

“I was a bit worried when I checked the many poor reviews after ordering (rookie error). I hadn't received an update by the end of the fourth working day, but it arrived on the fifth. I don't consider that late to arrive, but maybe I'm just spoilt by Amazon and other companies providing tracking updates etc. The treadmill doesn't have some of the features often found in larger or more expensive models like incline, but I'm happy to be without those for the ease of under bed storage. This treadmill wouldn't be suitable for a dedicated runner, but is perfect for someone like me who mainly exercises with weights and a rowing machine, and wants to add some light cardio.”

“As far as I can tell, the product is highly rated... however, I made my purchase on 8th January 2021 for Task 2.0. The invoice said the product would be dispatched within 2-3 days and tracking would be provided. This didn’t happen and after much chasing with the online support from 11th to 17th the package arrived by UPS. Unfortunately the treadmill was faulty and didn’t work. I am currently waiting for this to be resolved, hence the poor rating. Hopefully if this is resolved in quick timescale, then I will re-evaluate my review based on a working product.”

“I received my workout bench very quickly, and the producy is good quality. It did have a few minor marks on it but they can't be seen once it was put together. There are some dodgy looking sites trying to scam you or rip you off, but this is definitely not one of them. Recommended 👍”
