“Einfacher Bestellvorgang meiner 4D Vibrationsplatte welche in kurzer Zeit, mit der Schweizer Post geliefert wurde. Die Platte ist hochwertig verarbeitet und einfach über die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung oder direkt am Display zu bedienen. Eine detailliertere Beschreibung der 7 Betriebsmodi wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Platte wird mit einem Eurostecker geliefert, welcher einen Adapter vorraussetzt um in die Schweizer Steckdose zu passen. Der Adapter wird nicht mitgeliefert.”

“I have used the Vibration Plate and I liked it, but after a while I got healthy problems and so I had to sent it back. At the moment I have not got an answer from Bluefin and I still hope that I will get my money back.”

“Product is good. The Online customer service is fast on response. If possible. I would prefer to got notice on shipment and tracking service online, which easier for me to know the arrival date.”

“I love it however the power cord Connection is very loose and will cause the machine to turn off with the vibration knocking the cord, lill piece of plastic fixed it but it could be better Made to not need to do suck things”

Hi Thank you for your comments, however we are sorry to hear you are having issues. On the model of plate you have there is a safety indent on either side of the plug to ensure that it does not come loose during operation which will mean the plug must be firmly attached. We advise pushing the plug in with some force to ensure that it is correctly positioned. If this does not solve your problem then please drop us an email and we can advise further Kind Regards Lucy

The heavily reduced price reflects that the item is not brand new and has been used previously. “Eine sehr gute Sache, dieses bluefin Fitness - Gerät. Leider hat es einen Transportschaden, die Display-Abdeckung lag lose im Pake. DA die Rücksendung sehr teuer ist, habe ich die Abdeckung selbst wieder auf den Klebeflächen aufgelegt, sievlöst sich aber immer wieder ab. Das Training an sich funktioniert aber super und zeigt schon erste Erfolge - straffere Beine.”

“Ordered shortly before a long time planned holiday, it arrived very timely and was well packed. Initial assessment of the unit suggests it does what it says and lives up to the reports of it being quiet. The exercise chart seems a little short as it shows nothing relating to the resistance cords. Early scanning of the workout and nutrition guide suggest these could be very useful”

“Die Lieferung hat Super geklappt, das Gerät macht auch einen gut Eindruck viel kann man noch nicht sagen, da noch nicht viel benutzt. Ein Rückrufservice für Fragen wäre toll und eine ausführlichere Bedienungsanleitung mit Erklärung des Displays mit allen Zeichen etc. Ansonsten bis jetzt sehr zufrieden! Mal sehen wie der Support aus England ist, wenn mit dem Gerät was ist, hoffe nicht das man die hohen Portokosten zahlen muss zumal wenn England nicht mehr in der EU ist !?!? Übersetze nach Englisch The delivery has worked super, the device also makes a good impression much can not be said yet, because not much used yet. A callback service for questions would be great and a more detailed instruction manual with explanation of the display with all characters etc. would be great. Otherwise very satisfied so far! Let's see how the support from England is, if with the device what is, hope not that you have to pay the high postage costs especially if England is no longer in the EU !?!?”
