“I lose 1kg / month using it 5-6 times a week. The physical effort is accentuated when I practice it after another cardiac activity. Vibrating programming in manual mode (without oscillation or microvibration) should not stop at 10 min for the lowest speed, to allow us to use it while working or watching a series, since its noise is very low. To work only the abs without the legs, when you sit on it, you touches the buttons at the screen bottom that make it stop. The power or programming buttons should be at the opposite from the center. In vibration mode, the feet go up and down, the greater the height and the more sporty the effort. Still, I have the impression that the medium and high frequencies no longer give the weights on the feet time to reach the lowest that the vibration is already raising your feet, but that may be only for those with a good balance during efforts. Too bad there is no way to configure this height.”

“Fijn apparaat en werkt goed tegen mijn krampen in de voeten(ms klachten) Verder eindelijk wel een gevoel dat ik toch iets aan spierversterking kan doen zonder dat het me energie kost. Ik geef 5 sterren voor het apparaat maar 4 sterren omdat er geen Nederlandse Handleiding aanwezig is ergens. Ik vind het niet duidelijk zo er staat dat er zoveel mogelijkheden zijn ik ze alleen niet waar.”

“More than happy with my Pro Vibration Plate but a little disappointed it’s MP3 and not Bluetooth and think maybe the console could be smaller.”

Hi Rosemary - thank you so much for your review. Our PRO plate was our first vibration plate which didn't have the option for Bluetooth sadly. The console is bigger to allow for the extra program buttons, display and the instructional copy at the bottom - but I will pass on your feedback to the product development team. “I have just received my vibration plate a few days ago. I think your instructional guide could use some help. Not enough details or step by step help. You would do well to create a DVD or online work program system. Most people do MUCH better with visual workouts then looking a a piece of paper. Think about it. I for one would buy it instantly. Thank you”

“Very good compact vibraplate. Easy to use and store, with plenty of workout choices. The only small problem is that the bluetooth speakers do not work properly during a workout (the music breaks up) which is a little disappointing as that is why i chose this model.”

“Sehr schönes Rudergerät, nur sehr ärgerlich, daß ich es Ende März zum Preis von 1199€ vorbestellt/gekauft hatte und keine 10 Tage später Anfang April feststellen mußte, daß es jetzt 200€ günstiger verkauft wird. Auf Nachfragen diesbezüglich wird von Seiten der Firma nicht reagiert.”

“I purchased a Blade 2 rowing machine recently. I've only had it for two weeks so this is only based on small amount of use, but so far, so good! The machine arrived quickly, it was very quick and easy to put together and works well. I am not sure it would be sturdy enough but someone who trains every day and is a serious, pro athlete but for a regular user who just wants to be fitter it works great.”

“J'ai reçu ma plate forme vibrante très rapidement et j'en ai été ravie! Le produit semble parfait.....le seul petit bémol c'est la notice d'utilisation.....elle est très succincte et j'aurai souhaité avoir un tutoriel avec des exercices pour pouvoir utiliser au mieux ce merveilleux outil de musculation et de remise en forme! “Very happy with the product so far (1 month usage for walking, not jogging). Background noise level good for homeoffice. Especially like the speed setting in 0.1 km increments. Unfortunately arrived damaged (without affecting functionality), however, customer service was very helpful and responsive. Delivery time was affected by Brexit unfortunately. However, Bluefin is not to be plamed for this.”
