no reply zero communication from them, only after I resubmitted the online form asking for a refund if I did not receive the press did it eventually get sent.

I am very disappointed to say I never received my order #2437 despite my complaints via email. There is no other way of contacting you. I am also still waiting for a refund although I would much rather receive the actual toy for my first grandchild.

I had ordered a couple of items from this company and they didn’t arrive for a number of months.
I emailed twice with no reply from them at all.
They did however refund the money in the end but still no reply with a explanation or apology.
