“Glasses are brilliant (2nd pair of blackcaps), service seemed a bit slow but maybe its because prescription glasses are being kicked out of the nest.”

“I ordered my products on line and the service I received was incredibly detailed, with online response to my purchase through the process of the transaction. The quality and care of the wrapped merchandise and again with emails clearly stating when and how I should expect my delivery. The packaging was eco friendly and wrapped with care and my products are simply lovely. I love the details on the lens cloth wrapped in its own little environmental little envelope”

“The team at Birds have been super helpful. This will be my third order with them over the past few years and they continue to be very easy to work with. I've got a particular prescription and they guided me through the suitable lens options and costs so I could decide what would work best for me. They were really responsive and the home try-on kit was super useful for deciding what pair I wanted. Great experience all around!”

“I love my new Nova specs. So sad to hear that prescription lenses are moving off-line. I have had trouble finding an optician who would regulate my other Nova frames. :( Other than that… regenerative, sustainable products are the only way forward. Long live Birds!”
