Please accept our sincerest apologies you have not received your parcel that was delivered on the 10th May to your neighbour. I can see we sent you a dispatch notification email on the 8th May containing tracking details at 9.28am. It says in our systems that this email was delivered to you so I'm surprised that you have not got it, also from Royal Mail should have emailed with tracking details, you would have also received text confirmations had you shared your mobile number.
I have tracked your item it was delivered on the 10th May to your neighbour. We will email you separately now with all the details, and get this situation rectified for you.

Many thanks for supporting our small business who as a young business is very reliant on reviews, that said the review you have given us is not reflective of the service you have received from Binky.
Your order was placed after the order cut of time for same day dispatch on the 27th therefore we shipped your order on the 28th using the Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service you selected at checkout. Using the tracking details we provided you within our fulfilment email we can see that your item is due to be delivered today.
Noting that this weekend was Easter weekend and therefore flanked with bank holidays. If you were to take a look into Royal Mail's T&C's (plus ours) shipping times are extended over bank holidays, it is our understanding that Royal Mail would expect that today would be the correct day to deliver your item.
