“I bought the Newton large & compact sideboards, 2 sets of side tables and a coffee table. The items came in boxes, very well protected from the hazards of being in transit so each piece arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were so easy to follow and I managed to put everything together on my own- I am really really pleased with my purchase! The only criticism is that the handles have sharp edges which will need covering up, especially coffee table, when grandchildren are around. 10 out of 10! Review is from an over 60 year old woman.”

“I need some new drawers for my bedroom and had been looking at a few options when I found the Big Furniture Warehouse online. Their items matched my budget and looked to be of excellent quality. They arrived a couple of days later by courier. Upon building one of them, we noticed that there was a piece missing. I contacted the company, they apologised and I was sent the missing piece which arrived a couple of days later. I absolutely love my new drawers! I can’t fault the service or the correspondence from Big Furniture Warehouse and would happily order from them again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Very happy with purchase and felt safe with company T’s & C’s. Not so happy with delivery man who wanted a lift with the flat packed breakfast bar & 4 stools as he had no delivery ‘trolly’ to move it! Luckily my husband had briefly nipped home from work for a forgotten item as delivery man said he’d have to take the item back to store if nobody could help him lift it. This would make me hesitant about ordering again unless guarantee that delivery man could deliver without help from customer! Aside from that, the breakfast bar and stools were easy to assemble and great quality, solid wood. Very good value for money compared to other similar items seen elsewhere.”

“I saw this at first in a high branded shop and loved it… although I did not like the price of 170.00. I kept looking for something similar of the same quality but a lower price. I found furniture warehouse and the exact item for 40.00 cheaper was a no brainer thanks furniture warehouse I love it!”

“The delivery was faultless. I love the item it looks really smart for the cost. The only slight disappointment was that this set is advertised as real wood on the table and chair tops. It isn't real wood it is mdf with a wood effect on top. I'm still happy with the product as it looks the part, but the description is a bit misleading. Happy overall though! “I purchased 2 furniture items from the AVON range, and some accessories for the same No problem with ordering (once they had stock), and delivery time was good (under a week). One criticism, my order was split between two couriers (one for furniture and one for accessories). I understand the reasons for this, however nothing in the ordering emails made this clear so I was left thinking my accessories had been lost or forgotten when the furniture arrived. If I'd have know that, I wouldn't have wasted time trying to call the store. Aside of that, it arrived well packaged and damage free. Assembly instructions marginally better than Ikea and the end result is excellent. Overall- recommended”
