“After talks of a quick sale at a decent price I decided to put my flat up for sale with them on a 30 day contract. I then heard absolutely nothing. I followed up with multiple email and phone calls - nothing! when I finally spoke to someone they claimed they had 2 people interested but again after the call ended I didn't hear a thing and luckily my 30 days ended. I have complained but guess what - haven't had a response. Also be aware that they don't have a pool of investors waiting to take your property, they just put it on rightmove! In our case it was for only 2k less than we had it advertised with a traditional estate agent with no luck previously so oddly enough got no interest!”

“Terrible company. I paid £1000 just to reserve a property for a few days. I was constantly emailed and pressured to let them know if I was proceeding. At no point did they state that the £1000 reservation fee permits me to 'hold' the property for 14 weeks, which they only mentioned after I logged an official complaint and even then, I was only told this information at the very last moment before taking the matter to the Property Ombudsman. My advice to anyone reading this is that they should use another company for their property needs. I do not believe the other reviews on here are genuine and I would encourage anyone reading this to check out this company on TrustPilot which shows may negative reviews of their questionable tactics and procedures. The lady I was dealing with was Julia, however, none of the staff surnames appear on the website which shows how shoddy this operation is. I have never heard of an estate agent charging an extortionate fee of £1000 to hold a property for a few days once you have made an offer. Ludicrous!!!!”
