“I have purchased this via Groupon and at NO point was I advised that there is a £45 extra charge for cars over 10 years old! This is false advertising. They wanted £45 to come out and fix a flat tyre. This issue has nothing to do with the age of the car! Absulte SCAM! Stay away!”
“This is the worst company I have ever faced. They do not give you option for not to auto renew policy when you buy the policy. Next year they will charge you 3/4 times more then the you paid and if you cancel them you will have to pay £30 admin fee. Stay away from this company.”
“I came to have my boilers yearly service and was told that you only get 50% off. My original contract was for a free yearly service. I was told they sent me an email about the change and it was opened on such a such a date. All my emails go into my recycle bin and do not get deleted, on checking there was no emails from them apart for two emails unrelated to my complaint. I sent a complaint in and never even received a reply. I could go on about these con artists, I only have to say that if you deal with them it is on your own head. Also if you flip through the reviews you will notice lots sent in about a year ago from anonymous and they all give shining fake reviews”

Thought my vehicle was covered.
No , clause 8 in small print says if you don’t carry a spare tyre or are able to inflate with aerosol you are not covered.
In other words this is useless service for most modern cars that don’t carry spare tyres.

“After a year Had not contact with regard to boiler service. When I made contact , I was told my policy had been cancelled. Then they decided they could not find my policy. When we did get to the stage of arranging the service of my boiler , I was shocked to find there was a charge on top of our monthly fee.
I was informed that the policy had been change and I had been notified by email. I have no record of such an email. in general not what I was told I would be getting when I signed up to this service . In general I feel I have been mislead.”

We decided to update our cover plans to fall in line with what other companies are offering for the prices they offer them at.
I can see that you were sent an email on August 2nd that was opened on this date and again on August 19th which explained the changes to our packages and your renewal terms.
We provided you with 30 days to contact us should you not be happy with the terms and updates to your cover plan and you did not make contact with us.

“Be careful of Besmart,, I paid for complete year, I then tried to book a boiler service but was then told my policy had changed and boiler service no longer in with Policy so tried to charge extra, they admitted that the emails sent to advice me of this hadn’t been opened so I wasn’t aware of this. No other attempts were made to contact me and they continued to take my money even after I said cancel my plan. There was no apology and couldn’t care less when I said I felt I had been ripped off , just be very careful of Besmart. I hope you see this Gina.”
“Worst company we have ever dealt with. They take ages to answer the phone, take even longer to send someone out to you and the contractor we got was useless and rude!!! They refused to repair our boiler, saying it coked up so we had to get a British Gas engineer to come repair it. All it was was a pressure release valve and he checked the boiler and said it was NOT coked up and that whoever said that was completely wrong. The Be Smart engineer never even took the cover off the boiler. He guessed. Absolutely useless.”
“Had a boiler service plan with them which I forgot to arrange the service last year but they were happy to take the monthly payment but don't proactively remind you that your service is overdue. When I contacted them they said my contract cost was increased from 1st May which they informed me via email in February but I didn't receive or respond to. Legally they can and did implement after the 30 day cooling off period. I've cancelled my account after paying a £30 cancellation charge... I won't be using these people again.”
“I was given a gas and electricity quote based purely on my monthly payment figure (I wasn't at home at the time to give KwH), which proved inaccurate once I had checked the prices against actual usage.
I found out 4 days later that I had also been signed up for a 247 breakdown service, which whilst I asked for information on (which I never received), I did not sign up to a direct debit for their services”
