It did arrive on a pallet on my driveway which I then needed to unpack and move into the garden (and then assemble). But hard to find any company that will do the Weber assembly these days. Did another accessory order last night and have already received a notification from the courier company. Super quick, excellent experience on their website. (And they pick up the phone when you call….unlike Weber which are only contactable by email). Highly recommended!”
“Everything went smoothly. Ordering online was straightfoward, then I recieved useful emails including the expected delivery date. Delivery was bang on time despite initially trying the wrong street but the driver called me and we sorted it out. Item was well packed and on a pallet which wheeled easily into our garage. As expected with Weber, the items were all there and instructions quite clear. If you pick this model then expect around a couple of hours or more to assemble it.”

“I purchased a Pit Boss Plancha 5, which arrived well-packaged on the date I selected.
Assembly was straightforward, with all parts included and in perfect condition. The only minor issue was a small scratch on the cooking plate.
I contacted customer service late on Saturday and received a response the very next day—excellent service from Louise. A replacement cooking plate has already been arranged directly from the supplier, and I’ve been told I can keep or dispose of the original one.
Overall, I’m very impressed with both the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely shop there again.”
