“I LOVE bays kitchen. I have struggled to stick to the low fodmap diet consistently as I have a demanding job with lots of travel. The food diary is amazing, it's been a huge help in tracking my symptoms and the sauces are SO tasty, allowing me to cook quick and healthy low fodmap meals when I am in a rush. I don't think I could have managed it without them, it's an absolute must if you are thinking of embarking on the lowfodmap diet to discover your IBS triggers! Thank you Bay!!”

“So far out of the products i purchased I've tried the thai green curry sauce, beef stock (used in a shepherds pie) and salad dressing which have all been excellent and very tasty. I'm very happy with my purchases and so happy i found Bay's kitchen!”

“Absolutely superb and a wonderful easy solution for Family staying with us one of whom is very sensitive to onion and garlic and I could also safely eat too as a coeliac - Thank you! Both products full of flavour and had depth, will purchase again.”

“Larger than expected range of products to choose from; and so comforting to know that the spade work has been done for you. No need to peer at the small print on other similar products, checking the ingredients are fodmap safe; it has already been done. And the products are super.”

“My daughter has IBS fairly newly diagnosed. I came across Bay Kitchen whilst researching IBS and ordered several of the sauces and soups to help her get on the right track! So far she has tried the Korma sauce and has been very pleased to eat more interesting ‘normal’ food. Her husband and children have also enjoyed the curry. I also bought her the FODMAP diary which she has also started to use and has found extremely helpful. Very fast efficient service items well packaged”

“Delicious range of sauces! We really enjoyed the Thai curry and Indian curry what a fabulous kick to them and so tasty. Thrilled to be able to enjoy curries at long last! Well done Bay Kitchen.
