“It is a real relief, as someone who loves Asian food, to be able to have access to sauces which are not permeated with onions, garlic, and other FODMAP heavy ingredients. The Bay's Kitchen sauces are really easy to combine with other sauces; so I cook the foods first, and then use Bay's for myself, and other sauces, for the rest of the family. Or when cooking for two, just a jar of Bay's for us both. It really frees up my cooking to be able to access a wider diversity of flavours.”

“Really, really, delicious! I’ve tried lots of the Bay’s Kitchen sauces including the Thai currys, teriyaki, arrabbiata, tikka masala, and the pestos. They are all really flavourful and make meal planning really simple. I’ve just discovered the recipe pages which give great ideas for creating exciting dishes using the sauces and I’m looking forward to trying more of them!”

“It's so nice to be able to purchase FODMAP foods which are tasty and easy to use. It's not always possible to find these sauces in health food shops, as they usually have a limited selection.”

“Hassle free packaging. Portions only really cup of soup. Taste isn't the thick homemade soup I was hoping for. Very underwhelming.”

“Overall very disappointed after hearing such good things. The Katsu and Tikka sauces were very jelly like in texture and both very very heavy on spice! Just not for us. The Teriyaki sauce was just plain bad, couldn't really taste any flavour was was like dark water. On the plus side the Tomato Ketchup and the Tomato Pesto were great but not worth the price over others I can get on the shop.”
