“Having recently discovered food allergies in our family, we are so glad we’ve discovered Bay’s Kitchen - Recipes that are low FODMAP and crucially, they taste delicious! Up until now, so many supermarkets “Free From” ranges taste bland, cheap and are overpriced. Bay’s Kitchen are not cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. Now we have our cupboard stocked up so that we can enjoy meal times again. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!”

“The cooking sauces are a nice healthy alternative to shop bought sauces when you’re in a hurry, however I do find the chutneys too watery, and the vegetarian gravy was inedible just tasted like herby water.”

“What a relief to have discovered Bay's Kitchen! Having very recently started the low FODMAP eating regime and discovered how difficult it can be cooking without onions and garlic, the stocks and sauces from BK have been game changers. Well flavoured and easy to use .... I am working my way through them all ... and my family can't tell the difference 😊”

“I ordered the complete set of sauces. I was disappointed that I had to contact them to confirm my order when I was still waiting for contact almost a week after placing my order. I was told 2 of the sauces were out of stock and they were waiting for more to fulfil my order. Ok, but then let me know this! Maybe don’t allow orders to complete when you haven’t got the stock for them! I would have been happy to be offered a different product to top up the order or something similar. Not just be left with no idea if I was going to get my order! Also the packaging was a huge box. Very wasteful and not at all environmentally friendly with a huge amount of packing peanuts!”

“I am incredibly disappointed, I received my order and when I opened the box, one jar of pesto had not been sealed properly and the contents were emptied out all over all the other products and the box. In the process of opening the box, I got oil splattered all over my clothing, which has now rendered a brand new top useless. I called and left a voicemail on the customer service telephone number immediately, and nothing in response. I had really enjoyed trying your products, this was my second order, but I shall not be placing any further orders. For the level of spend, the product is important, if there is a problem, then as long as that is dealt with in a timely and professional manner, customers will understand, however this service has fallen short of expectations. I have photographic evidence of the fault product, let me know where to send it if you decide to follow up on my complaint.”

Hi Rachel, we are so sorry about this. Unfortunately, sometimes jars can get damaged in packing or transit. We are really disappointed that this has happened to your order and we have opened an investigation into what happened here to make sure it doesn't happen again. I have spoken to our customer service department and we didn't receive a voicemail from you so we aren't sure what happened here. “After following FODMAP for 10 months, I have experienced huge benefits, albeit at the expense of interesting, varied foods. Finding Bay’s Kitchen 2 months ago has added a new dimension to daily cooking, especially for a busy schedule. In addition, cooking for (or with) other non-restricted eaters is much easier; you’d never know these are free-from! Very happy to have found Bay’s Kitchen and have since set up a 3-weekly subscription. Dispatch and delivery is fast (expect 2-3 working days total) and the customer service is great. 100% would recommend!”

“As someone who can't eat garlic, I love these sauces. Unfortunately, I live in Germany so I only buy them when I'm in the UK, and take them back with me. I know I can order one or two from Germany, but the variety is limited. My only request would be to ask if it would be possible to have these sauces produced in pouches, like the gravies. I could get far more in my suitcase then as they wouldn't be so heavy! (I'm aware it's not very eco friendly, sadly)”

“The sauces are lovely and taste just the same as ordinary sauces. I especially like the katsu curry. I like making gravy with the concentrated beef and chicken stock.”
