“Great customer service following concerns with regards to my purchase tracking. I raised concerns as I could not track the item ordered. I sent an email and received a prompt response (within 10 minutes) and was provided with a detailed account of how my order delivery was progressing. The item was delivered on the specified date and in perfect order. Could not have received better service. Quality.”

“I'd like to compliment Barbless Flies on their customer service. I recently ordered a new rod and was concerned as the postal tracking service did not appear to be working correctly. I sent an email and received a very prompt response detailing exactly where my order was and an expected delivery date. I am pleased to say the order arrived today and was exactly as I had hoped. Many thanks to Richard. Great service.”
