“I originally called on Iain Humber’s knowledge and services a few years ago when attempting to buy a commercial property at auction. We didn’t get it, but what shone through was his diligence, knowledge of the market and people skills. He has it all in abundance. So when another property came up, late last year, I didn’t hesitate to call Iain and within a few months, we had our property. The whole process was efficient, stress-free, and understood, thanks to Iain and B2B Finance - 100% recommend.”

“Having recently completed a commercial purchase which was facilitated by Ian Brooks at B2B finance. Ian provided an exceptional service from start to finish ensuring the transaction was monitored on a daily basis all the way through to completion. Ian was in constant contact with me throughout the process whilst also liaising with the lender and solicitor to ensure the transaction was expediated as quickly as possible. “Had been such a great experience from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Tim Leverett at B2B finance have been so cooperative on every step of completion. Will definitely use B2B for my next big loan switch, it has saved me over 60k and for sure have done justice for using B2b. Truly satisfied. Recommend to anyone and everyone. “B2B Finance were assiting us in relation to re-financing of our portfolio. We are a small/modist sized property company, and not at all unfamiliar with finnacing options etc. We have however taken the decision, over the years, that working with a broker is usually far more efficient and benificial than trying to work directly with lenders. Amanda Worthington was assigned to look after us in the process and as it required a number of seperate considerations, transactions, and issues. We are now 80% through the whole process and I cannot show enough praise we have for Amanda as she has throughout the long winded process, assisted far above and beyond her call of duty, chasing, updating, and pushing along all parties concerned including the various lenders directly as well as Solicitors from both sides. We would highly recomend using B2B Finance even if you are expericenced and seasoned in the process's of borrowing.”

“As a professional commercial property investment company, we have been using B2Bfinance for nearly 10 years. We always receive the best service and deals. “Jayne has simply been fantastic! I needed some urgent funding which had to be completed within a certain time period due to a court order, otherwise I would have lost the opportunity. Jayne pulled out all the stops and managed to secure me a very competitive deal. She continued to provide amazing support through the entire process and often picked up the phone to chase the lender and remove bottlenecks.
