B2B Finance were assiting us in relation to re-financing of our portfolio. We are a small/modist sized property company, and not at all unfamiliar with finnacing options etc. We have however taken the decision, over the years, that working with a broker is usually far more efficient and benificial than trying to work directly with lenders.
