Hi Emma, we have been trying to get in touch with you about your purchase which you ordered in-store after you tried on the heart pendant. From our understanding, you loved the heart pendant but just needed to order it on a longer chain. You say that you did not receive your complete order, but you didn't get in touch to tell us this until 3 weeks after receiving and wearing your purchase. If we had known straight away (as you received your order the next day after purchasing) then it would be easier to work out what has happened. “Assistant was helpful and offered to order ring in my size. Unfortunately she ordered 52 instead of 62. So I had to return. Was very disappointed to then be told the largest size you do is 60. Lovely ring but you should offer larger sizes. I’m sure my fingers are not abnormally large.”
