“Great communication and Honesty from the team Chris especially. I accidentally clicked too many options and overpaid without knowing. Chris emailed me to confirm my order and tell me I?d over paid and immediately issued a refund. That to me is what great customer service looks like. Thanks ??”

“When I saw it advertised I thought at them prices must be cheap garments from China..how wrong I was..not only did the items come in a couple of days they where of excellent quality. Had to swap the sizes and again bk within days.The stuff is amazing and we will continue to use this company as the quality and service is exceptional. Bag ya sen a bargain.”

“Purchased a football from avec the ball kept deflating. Sent it back as per returns procedure after discussing it with sales team member Chris Hughes. The football was replaced and my postage return costs reimbursed in a very timely manner. Great professional service from chris. I judge a company on their after sales chris and avec spot on. Identified a problem and it was sorted ASAP.”
