“Purchased a football from avec the ball kept deflating. Sent it back as per returns procedure after discussing it with sales team member Chris Hughes. The football was replaced and my postage return costs reimbursed in a very timely manner. Great professional service from chris. I judge a company on their after sales chris and avec spot on. Identified a problem and it was sorted ASAP.”

“Couldn't ask for a better overall experience. Had an issue when I forgot to order an extra top so I messaged the Facebook page the same day as I placed my order. AVEC still got the top into the package before shipping to me. My delivery came the next day too”
