“Atrium HR has by far the best recruiting experience I have had to date. Rachel has been incredible from the get go and always provided an unwavering amount of support and guidance. From our first communication Rachel created a very comfortable and safe space for all my questions, concerns and doubts, and she provided all the information I needed and was present, encouraging and supportive in all aspects and every step of the way. Through the efficient and timely communication, care and attention to detail it was very clear that I was in very good hands and that my satisfaction is indeed important to the team. “Hanna took the time to drive me through the results of the psychometric test and was really very professional delivering them. “Atrium were very supportive from the outset of my application. They made regular contact with me and were extremely friendly but professional. I felt that support all the way through the process and I felt that they were genuinely pleased for me when I was given the job. I was also going through a family crisis throughout my application, with my Father in law terminally ill and then passing away. Many companies would have dismissed this, but I felt that Atrium understood and this was a great help.”
