Atrium were very supportive from the outset of my application. They made regular contact with me and were extremely friendly but professional. I felt that support all the way through the process and I felt that they were genuinely pleased for me when I was given the job. I was also going through a family crisis throughout my application, with my Father in law terminally ill and then passing away. Many companies would have dismissed this, but I felt that Atrium understood and this was a great help.
