“Sadly the resolution of the product was not as good as I would have hoped. Not obvious on the website and then no indication that this may be a problem - also frustrated that on two occasions I tried to contact you through both website message and email and I received no reply.”

Such a pity as product was nice but just had none of the personal details that I had requested.Maybe company taking on too much work or needing to employ someone to answer calls and emails.”
“Be very careful if you are looking to get a map of a very rural location. I checked the postcode on 3 separate mapping sites to check it came up on the correct location, which it did on all three sites. I went ahead only to find a map delivered that showed a location miles from the area I wanted. The old site allowed you to check location after ordering, but it does not now. If you are thinking of getting a map showing open countryside in areas such as Scotland, Wales or somewhere a postcode covers a large area, prepare for disappointment! I now have a meaningless map that is of no use to me.”
“I purchased some coasters. The map was very fuzzy and a poor quality reproduction, despite the casters themselves being of a good physical condition, and the price reflecting a premium product. After contacting Customer Services to enquire, I was told that this was my fault as I should have somehow known that zooming in during ordering was needed to make it legible which I think is a poor response. (I was trying to give feedback to avoid others being disappointed, rather than soliciting a refund.) The base level of resolution should be at a sufficiently good quality at the smallest available magnification. Sadly I can’t recommend this company.”
