What more needs to be said? Want to purchase a personalised drinks tray very kindly paid for as a wedding gift. Unfortunately the website doesn't work, no-one is responding via email and from these reviews it doesn't seem worth trying. We will try and refund for an equivalent gift which is a shame!

Not impressed. Sent me the incorrect order and despite numerous emails and phone calls I still haven’t been able to get hold of them. Terrible customer service. Will not be using again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE…..paid for a card and luckily it was only £4 ,it was an Ironman good luck card for my girlfriend. They took the money immediately,but after 3 weeks no card,no answer to their telephone or no reply to my email ……SCAM

Same experience as those below - order made, money taken but no communication 2 weeks on and no one replies via any method. Given they are available through notthehighstreet too I thought they’d be ok. Still hoping gift arrives but not optimistic

On 24/08/24 I purchased an unframed Map Heart Print, at a cost of £65. Although rather expensive, I felt it a price worth paying, given that it was personalised. I had hoped it would arrive in time for a family birthday at the end of August. To date (10/09/24) I have still not received this item and when enquiring into it's whereabouts, I found that the contact telephone number just goes go to voicemail. There has been no return call and no reply to my email. Very disappointed.

Ordered a print for friend’s birthday. Product did not arrive. Multiple attempts to contact with no response. Taken payment and no product received. Tried ringing emailing and web site communication to no avail. Hoped this was a communication error - very disappointed.

Rubbish. Never arrived Company took money. Product never arrived. Dont answer emails or the telephone. Has a posh voiced lady on answer machine but left over 10 mesages NEVER replied to any. Ruined wedding as no gift. AVOID at all costs. Wasted money. No wedding gift..appalling customer service. Dont waste your time. So disappointing.

Extremely unhappy with this company. There was an issue with the product that I received and it has been a nightmare trying to get hold of the company. They don't respond to phone calls and I have emailed many, many times and only had two brief replies. They have indicated some time ago that they will replace the print FOC but I am still waiting for that to materialise despite numerous emails since asking when this will arrive. I have a useless framed print that cost me £105 and they have one very unhappy customer who they seem unwilling to try to sort out . I am extremely disappointed in their customer service - they just don't seem bother about customer satisfaction at all - I wish I had read other reviews before dealing with them. I think if everything runs smoothly they are probably OK to deal with but if you have an issue they just ignore you ! However I am persisting and hoping that they will respond and send me a FOC digital print asap.

I have not received my order. I have emailed twice and used the online form and Facebook messenger with no response. They have taken my money and not my order and non existent customer service.

I did not receive my item and have had no communication from the company after numerous attempts to contact them. I am now making a claim through PayPal. Hugely disappointed, an awful company.

I ordered a framed print for a special 18th birthday present and it arrived in time although not as I was expecting with only half the county name across the centre of the print - very disappointed with the product indeed! I have been trying to contact the company almost daily for a week now by phone and email to see if this can be rectified. They have responded with one brief email response and are now ignoring calls, messages and emails ! Customer service from this company seems to be dreadful if there is an issue with any product. I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. They are incredibly difficult to get hold of and they don’t seem at all interested in trying to sort this out to my satisfaction. I am still trying to get hold of them to try to work it out as I can’t do anything with the print as it is in this current state. Very frustrated with their lack of customer service.

Ordered weeks in advance of when the items were needed. The maps arrived and weren’t correct and it was incredibly difficult to reach anyone in customer services both by phone and email. No one ever picked the phone up, despite attempting to call at different times of the day. Repeatedly told Atlas what my deadline was for the map reproduction and tried to arrange reprints but was seriously let down. Proofs were approved of the reprints but they never got round to reprinting them and mailing them to me. These were gifts for a very special occasion and I was forced to find alternatives the day before the event because Atlas couldn’t be bothered to tell me if they could be reprinted in time. Eventually, they gave a full refund but never an apology. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

I ordered three weeks ahead of when I needed the map, which was a gift for a very special occasion. After a number of requests to know lead and delivery time I finally got a reply the day before the map arrived. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I had ordered. I emailed the company and tried to call so many times, letting them know that there was a clear deadline and asking them just to let me know if it could be remedied, to allow me enough time to organise an alternative gift if they weren’t able to put it right. No one has ever returned a single call, and I had no responses to my emails. Finally, after a week of asking for a simple answer to my request for a reprint, then my request for a refund, I received a response by email to say that they would cancel the reprint and refund my money…no hint of an apology or a an explanation as to why they hadn’t fulfilled the order or bothered to answer my queries. This was the day after the occasion that the gift was needed. The refund has yet to materialise. The customer service is shocking! Really nice idea for unique gifts, but allow lots of time because these people do not respond to calls or emails, especially when something is wrong with the order. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely awful, we were sent the wrong item and I emailed and rang but got no answer, then after several weeks got a reply and was told it was their mistake and they would send another one with the correct map on but again that was weeks ago and we haven’t received anything yet. Very disappointed.

Ordered a print with the extra art work check . Print arrived with a huge gap between the map and the silhouette. I complained sent a photo of the print as requested and then heard nothing despite my follow up emails, & calls not answered . Terrible customer service and have returned the print . I will be taking action to recover the cost of the print. Discovered the print comes from Latvia ( from the packing slip ) obviously not checked for mistakes and was never asked to check the art work despite paying for this option . My recommendation is best avoid this company at all costs !

I placed an order 6 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. It was a present. I still haven't received it and they are not answering any emails, calls or messages through the website. The present I ordered was £180 and so I am missing the money and the map.

The card was to be delivered within three days it took 10 days which meant it was too late for the event. Very poor.
