“The Macy bar stool chairs are great and look lovely with our dining table. We had a problem with DPD, who cancelled our delivery twice and said we’d changed the date, which wasn’t true. When I phoned them they said they’d phone me back with an answer. They didn’t! I then contacted Atlantic Shopping customer service who said they would contact DPD and phone me back in 5 minutes. They did! Our chairs were delivered early the next day. Great service from Atlantic! They also replaced one hydraulic part which was stuck and it’s just arrived!”

“We bought the white leather chairs and absolutely over the moon with them. Very easy to assemble. The only downside is that it makes a slight divits in the carpet (not sure if this would occur on a wooden floor) but that child be because we have a thick pile on the carpet.”

“Customer service absolutely atrocious. Bought two bar stools and one has started to split after a couple of weeks.. They were not interested in solving my problem and ignored my emails. Customers be aware before you purchase from this company.”

“Order delivered ahead of promised date. Kanto stool straightforward to assemble and good quality. Satisfied with order. Not pleased two months later when I received an email headed 'Order despatched' showing the same details as my original order. Fearing another unsolicited delivery I contacted Customer Services who told me it was solely a request for a review and another delivery was not imminent. She had received other similar complaints.”
