“Avoid this Co. Placed an order for two different fabric stools so that we could decide which fabric we wanted for a further order of another four stools. I then received an email requesting I call them. I promptly called Atlantic Shopping & was informed they did not want my order becuase at least one of the stools would be returned. How else can one decide which fabric stool is preferred? Business must be good!!!! My money has been refunded. Never ever again............waste of time!”

“Ordered 6 dinning chairs Very bed fitting like a toy. Very polite staff ,however Extremely unhelpful with no common sense ,Received chairs With damaged floor protector and few of the floor protector started falling off after few days, making chairs un steady. My 12 years daughter has fallen of as a result. Issue could have resolved by apologising and sending floor protectors . Did not gave any complaints procedure keep on insisting that it will be on the note.”

“Bar stools very elegant and I was happy to pay almost £100 each for them, however after using the stools I noticed white marks on wooden back rest, the stools are rarely used and I only had them for 6 months when I noticed the marks had appeared. After contacting the company to inform them of the white marks on the wood and to have the stools replaced or refunded as they have 1 year guarantee, I was informed the year guarantee only covers the stool mechanism! I will not be using this company again as customer service is very poor. I could not find any information in the stools literature stating only parts of the unit is covered by the guarantee. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with customer service.”
