“I was initially very pleased with my dining chair, it was just as described & extremely good value for money. However, because it arrived flat-packed it obviously needed to be put together which turned out to be not quite as straight forward as it should have been. A few of the screws did not match up evenly with holes they were meant to etc., Thankfully the person who I’d asked to do this for me was able to improvise with the fittings and modify it somewhat so that eventually we were able to put chair together successfully! I suggest, in future, you double-check these items before they leave the warehouse just to make sure everything is as it should be when it reaches your customers. Luckily I had help from someone who was capable of correcting the problems but this might not be the case for everyone & you may get unnecessary returns. I believe it is definitely in your interest to make these improvements to gain even more satisfied customers. The chair itself is brilliant. Thank you.”
