“I purchased a ring online after a ring sizer was sent to me and I sent a spoonful of Mums ashes in the pack that came with pre-paid envelope. They rang me to confirm receipt of the ashes which put my mind at rest. They rang me about 3 weeks later to say the ring was ready for delivery and it came next day making sure someone would be in. What a beautiful ring to cherish. It is absolutely beautiful very well made and the sparkle from the diamonds is amazing. Looks gorgeous just like Mum. Please don’t hesitate to order as the professionalism is perfect. Very compassionate team to deal with. Thank you very much this has made me feel very happy and content with my purchase.”

“Beyond disappointed, Had an issue with my heart ring it fell off after a year through no fault of my own and wanted money to replace it. Can’t tell you how upset I am from amazing service at the beginning to very poor after-care. This wasn’t a cheap ring through no fault of my own We lost the heart with the ashes in where all I can say it wasnt secure in the first place, if you break something like that you know about it because you hurt your finger but nothing it just fell off ! Asked me to send it back which I did and then tried to charge me for a replacement. Very very disappointed”

“We ordered 5 rings and a necklace. Excellent service and beautifully presented in lovely boxes. Authentication certificate. The jewellery is of high quality. I’m so happy with my ring in memory of my mum(Phyllis Dowling). My daughter had a necklace and is over the moon with it we both shed a tear. My son had a ring. Such special jewellery to keep our loved one with us all the time. Thank you so much. Would definitely use this service again. Very helpful when we phoned for a ring sizer and catalogue.”

“I am so pleased with my beautiful memorial ring. I was treated with kindness, patience and empathy at a very difficult time. The service I received was excellent from the start, when I chose my ring, throughout the process of making it to, the finish when my ring arrived beautifully presented.
