“price on site not final price, took 45 mins of rubbish trying to get policy done to be told the price initially quoted is not available with the drive other car option even though it specifically was asked for and stated it was on the site. Total waste of time”

“I am disappointed that the initial form was not 100% accurate. As the company ended asking me for an extra £100 from the original quote. The initial form did not have an option for social and one destination to work. The company I ended with were not polite and refuse to cancel the insurance unless I pay 35% of the original quote. to cut my loses I end up paying for the extra £100. I will not use ASDA again for car insurance quotes. Not happy”

“The quotes where good untill i was about to buy one of them only the company i was going to buy from decided to add another £ 277 to the price quoted of £300-44. you can imagine the answer they they got after i told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. AXA insurance are total RUBBISH.”

“Asda car insurance what a joke. They wanted 1400 pounds . I shopped around and got it for 400 quid. You guys are a rip off. I'm 40 years old been driving 20 years with 8 year no claims. 1400 quid 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣”

“Shocking. They completely misquoted me and went as far is letting me pay (sending a confirmation). Then called to say it’s not valid with barely an apology to them quote me a much much higher price. I turned that down but in wasting all this time, it left me significantly less time to find suitable insurance. Also - within the review it says ‘how long did the company respond to my queries’ it goes from 6-12 hours to over a week... but of a rediculous jump.”
