“Very disappointed. I dont know why people are so called raving about this product. It smells nice - like water and aroma therapy oils - which I think is all it is. Save some money and just buy some tea tree oil and lemon essential oil. I used the 'deep clean' one on my oven and it did barely anything. Bicarb of soda is probably more effective. The spray bottle is very disappointing too. It's not easy to hold, digs into your hand and sprays outwards everywhere, except where you want it to go. It's very expensive for the amount you get. I give it 0.1 star because of this. They say 3p per clean but it's not - I had to use tons and a wire brush too and it still did barely anything.”

Bio One is a unique formula of live Bio Enzymes which break down carbon based matter to make cleaning easier. On very tough cleaning tasks such as baked on dirt in ovens you need to ensure that you have left it long enough to start eating away at the dirt, agitate the area to help the enzyme dig down deep and also it may require multiple treatments. Hi Amy Thanks so much for the review. So sorry to hear that Bio one didn't work for you. We will drop you an email to see if we can understand what the issues were with your carpet, and see if we can get to the bottom of why it didn't work for you. Bio one is completely natural, and as such will struggle to work if you have already tried to tackle the issue with a cleaning product containing chemicals or bleach, which could be the issue. As you can imagine we have been inundated with orders and due to an internal error, your order was packaged but not actually sent out (eek), so thank you for making us aware of this system fault. “I had not realised that if the product is alcohol free this makes the product null and void! So no I, not happy at all waste of my money”

Hi there. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your hand sanitiser although we do advertise on both our website and social that it is alcohol free. But please do not think that alcohol free means it is not effective.
