Thanks so much for the feedback about a shaker, it was something we considered when developing this professional-grade range, but the deodorising powder comes in a large 2kilo tub which would be a bit too heavy to use as a shaker. Thanks so much for the review. So sorry to hear that Bio one didn't work for you. We will drop you an email to see if we can understand what the issues were with your carpet, and see if we can get to the bottom of why it didn't work for you. Bio one is completely natural, and as such will struggle to work if you have already tried to tackle the issue with a cleaning product containing chemicals or bleach, which could be the issue. We will be intouch shortly.

But please do not think that alcohol free means it is not effective.
