“Not an issue with the charm I bought but your customer service.. I paid alot for next day delivery, ordering for my daughters birthday so paid extra to be sure to have it, it arrived 3 days after her birthday and not a single update sent to say it was late, I only knew from checking the dpd tracking, I short.. dont charge customers a large next day delivery fee if yoi can't guarantee to deliver it..wont be using your service again”

I can see this was dispatched with DPD next day, however, we do state this is not guaranteed in mainland UK and excludes weekends, apologies if this was missed.
