When an order is sent back to us it can take 3-7 working days for us to process the exchange from when the order is received back, apologies if this was not known. It is at this point of processing the exchange that we will contact you to advise this has been completed.

“Unfortunately my daughter has worn her birthday gift (Pandora ring) for only 1 week and it has completely tarnished. She also has a green mark on her finger, making me think that maybe the ring is not genuine Pandora as I would not expect this with a reputable brand. Disappointed daughter and out of pocket mum.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with, they cancelled my order after 4 days without a reason. Even when I emailed them and asked why I did not get a reply”

We are very sorry to hear that we had to cancel your order. I can see that the customer service team reached out to you via the email address on your order to advise further on this, apologies if this was missed. Sometimes our emails can filter into the junk mail box so this could be why.
We have also searched our system for any emails linked to this order, but cannot seem to find any which is why we have not responded.
