“I would give a higher rating but my home course Geneva Hills in Clinton In. Hole 12 and 13 aren’t in your system correctly so I get zero info on them”

“Needs: home screen widget for Apple watch. Show us our score on homescreen like GolfShot does. Allow for marking pin via watch while using Link Show current shot detected on watch while using Link. Allow adding putts (and shots) via watch while using Link.”

“The Arccos golf is the best analytics I have used since I started playing golf. A few friends recommended different golf solutions at various times and since I really wanted to improve my golf experience, I tried them all, but I am now in my final bus stop. THIS IS THE BEST GOLF ANALYTICS MONEY CAN BUY! The way I talk about Arccos and how it’s improved my golf experience already and how I have been recommending Arccos to my friends, they are now thinking am a share holder in the company. Whenever you guys have an upgrade please do not hesitate to inform me as I will certainly buy the upgrade at any cost. Ndubueze Nwana.”

“Great product and I like the synchronisation with watch ( Galaxy 4 ) To make it 5 stars there are a couple of Android improvements 1. On the watch : A. change the white on green colouring to yellow on black. Much easier for those of us with poor eyesight B. Add the rolling current distance under the shot detected, rather than adding once the next shot has been played 2. Add a distance to hazards measurement on the phone - like most other apps. It's great to have a recommended club based on distance but it would be even better to see where that actually would be on the course”

“I purchased the Arccos sensors after playing a few rounds with a friend that uses them. I was unsure what to expect when I got them. However, after playing 3 rounds with them I don’t know if I can go back. They are very helpful with understanding the yardage of my clubs as well as making the best club selection. They technology they helps with the “play as” part of the app is accurate and allows you to make the best decision. I look forward to using them a lot more and will keep suggesting them to friends. The one down fall I had was the putter sensor did not fit on my oversized grip. I know they make a sensor for the putter but it is not very clear when you purchase the set it will not fit at all. I had to cut the bottom of the sensor off and superglue it to my putter. However I ended up getting a new Cobra putter that has it built in. The installation over all for all clubs were easy and the app set up was just as easy.”

“I purchased a link and with in 6 months it stopped working. They replaced it. The second one lasted 6 months and one week. They would not replace it again because it was 1 week over the year warranty. Just a poor product and customer service. The app would miss so many shot. Do not waste your money”

“I used Arccos for about 5 months using an iPhone 12. The app missed a number of shots that I was spending too much time after each round modifying the round on the app. During rounds I was worrying too much about whether shots were being captured than on my game. Be careful when you get the free trial. If you forget to cancel, your credit card will be charged at the end of the trial.”

“Was very sceptical to start with, thinking just another gadget to forget about. But overwhelmed by how simple and accurate this device is. No constantly checking, just play your game and look at the results when you’re finished. Now when my coach asks what part of the game I need to work on I have the answer immediately.”

“Spent $1,500 on clubs and $150 on a subscription just to not get my sensors sent of been sent the wrong item 3 times been doing this for about a month and a half. People on the support phone number are rude and will just hang up on you. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with just called and had been told the 4th package they were going to try and send me was never picked up after 10 days of waiting for a “5 day delivery”. Spent around $100 after buying my clubs just trying to get the sensors to work. So I’ve spent around $1,750 and well over a month of time just to be treated terribly and not being able to use the sensors I paid $150 for”

“Great product. I love the stats, easy to work on areas of your game. Sometimes it misses holes or shots but they're easy enough to input. Issue with my putter sensor but they're sending out a new one. Even when using the link it drains my phone battery by about 65-70% (I have a new phone so shouldn't be an issue with the phone.) The virtual caddy isn't great, it basically gives you 2 options neither are how I would ever play the hole. In my opinion you should be able to select a club for the tee shot and from that point Arccos does the rest and then give you the possible next shot/shots. Definitely worth the money.”

“I am impressed with the analytics provided. I like reviewing the round and checking out where I improved and didn't. I've just received the Link 2, the initial connectivity is sometimes problematic, so I have to allocate extra time before the round to make sure the connection is established. The hole-by-hole play and transition between holes are fantastic. My clubs are a mix of embedded and screw-in sensors and it doesn't make a difference, they all seem to work correctly. With the new Link 2 and the last app upgrade the putt detection has improved over last year. Occasionally the tap-ins are missed, so I check the app after each hole to ensure that it records the correct amount of strokes and putts. Love the product, it has certainly helped with my average distances and caddie mode has helped me to not take Driver off every tee. My score has dropped about 5-strokes over the past year. Much of this is attributable to knowing what club I should hit and how far I can expect the ball to travel. My only problem was the sticker shock when I found I had to pay customs duty of 25% when I received the product.”

“Very easy to get the system going and the data and analytical insight is very cool. The one thing I will say that is frustrating is that the battery on the clip on component lasts only two rounds, and editing shots while you’re walking down the course on the app is difficult”

“Extremely happy with the product. The only thing if you're a golfer like me, your 7wood,hybrid, 7 or 8 iron numbers are off because you use the to chip. Also, if budget permits get the link because playing with your phone in front pocket is a pain.”
