“Ordered two beautiful basins which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one had a slight imperfection but this was quickly remedied and a replacement sent out the very next day. Excellent customer service and the basins were exactly as I had hoped.”

“I ordered a unit for the first time from Aquaroc. This was a pre order but delivery still came pretty quick. It arrived with a small manufacturing blemish so I emailed some photos to Mark and within minutes he called me back to confirm this was a rare blemish and he would send out a new replacement which would arrive in a couple of days. This is excellent service and was very smooth process. Would definitely order again and recommend this company.”

“Great products. Excellent customer service. Ordered the Rivera 1690 matt white bath. Great centrepiece to my new bathroom. Was kept apprised of estimated arrival date, which was particularly helpful given builders on site and the need to fit into a tight schedule. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend!”

“Exceptional quality products and great customer service. We purchased stone resin free standing bath and complimenting counter top basin+vanity unit. The products are not only beautiful and sleek but also superb quality! The bath is luxurious and retains water temperature really well. It also offers very easy maintenance, any marks and can be easily removed using special pads supplied with the product, which guarantees crisp ‘brand new’ look for years.”

“Fabulous range of luxury bathroom products, not ordinarily found on the high street. Bought a stone resin wall hung basin. Tiny delay with delivery as had expected next day delivery, but to be fair it was a bank holiday week so slight delays can be expected. When I emailed to query timescales I received a phone call very quickly with an apology and an update. Arrived only a day later than expected. Excellent service and thrilled with the basin- absolutely gorgeous and will look stunning in the new bathroom. Would definitely use Aquaroc again and highly recommend”
