“We purchased the Rivera 1690 free standing bath. It’s is huge. A stunning bath of the highest quality. It really is worth the money. It is heavy too and took 3 of us to get it up the stairs and in situ. Must also add that the customer service we received from Aquaroc was great. I actually scratched my new bath the day I received it which was devastating to say the least. However upon calling the customer service team they talked me through the easy process of buffing out the scratch. I must say being able to repair marks and scratches so easily is a massive plus point in buying any stone resin bathroom furniture. And that as well as the fact the products are stunning helped us decide on the Puro vanity unit and Allure mirror.”

“It wasn’t perfect. I ordered a mirror. They sent the wrong mirror and it was totally shattered by the time I got it! The good news is that Customer service was excellent and they sorted out a pickup and replacement within 2 days, so they redeemed themselves.”

“We bought a gorgeous Savoy Vanity unit and Rialto tap and I have to say their products are of excellent quality! There was a small issue with one of the runner mechanisms in one of the drawers that was slightly malfunctioning and I have to say that their customer support was second to none. Mark himself replied to our emails straight away on a Sunday and the runner was replaced in 2 days. We will buy again from Aquaroc as they are a very high quality company!!!”

“As a developer builder we were stuck without a suitable product for our vanity units, basins and baths in particular over three new build houses and 18 bathrooms. With the rapid quotes by Aquaroc and the good end prices and prompt delivery we now have all of our products in a superb Matte White ceramic and oak timber to match our over all style. well done Aquaroc”

“Really pleased with my experience with Aquaroc Bathrooms. The vanity unit I originally ordered went out of stock because the last one had unfortunately been damaged, which was disappointing. However, I was able to find a great alternative since theyre all so beautiful!”

“Ordered a double vanity which arrived and looks beautiful. Also ordered an illuminated mirror but there was an issue with the container, so I was contacted to ask if I wanted to hold on for it or get a refund, so I held on. But then it got pushed back again and no one let me know, which was disappointing as they did the first time around! Beautiful products, but would like consistent customer service please 🙏🏽”

“Brilliant experience with the Aquaroc staff from requesting samples and receiving very quickly (one was missing and this was dealt with immediately) to delivery on time and packaged well. The product we ordered was delivered within days by a very friendly driver who manoeuvred the vanity unit as near to our house as possible for him to make it easier to get into the house. It was packed with great care and is even more beautiful than on the website. Very happy with our choice and now waiting for the plumber!! Many thanks”
