“We purchased the Rivera 1690 free standing bath. It’s is huge. A stunning bath of the highest quality. It really is worth the money. It is heavy too and took 3 of us to get it up the stairs and in situ. Must also add that the customer service we received from Aquaroc was great. I actually scratched my new bath the day I received it which was devastating to say the least. However upon calling the customer service team they talked me through the easy process of buffing out the scratch. I must say being able to repair marks and scratches so easily is a massive plus point in buying any stone resin bathroom furniture. And that as well as the fact the products are stunning helped us decide on the Puro vanity unit and Allure mirror.”

“Excellent customer service! With equally brilliant products. We have used Aquaroc previously and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Needless to say in our second renovation we used aquarks again and there latest product, the Camden vanity unit just completes the bathroom perfectly. Every person that I spoke to in order to aid the ordering process as we were on a tight schedule went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements. Thanks again!”

“Five stars all the way… beautiful products at fair prices for the quality of the items. These items are luxurious & worth every penny. Customer service is outstanding- always available to answer questions & get back very quickly during working hours. Having renovated my house I’ve used these products in 2 rooms & Im glad I did because not only do I love them but also because they elevate the rooms they’re in. Every visitor compliments them.”

“I came across Aquaroc via some Google searches, but also via some AI tools, using a search of high quality bathrooms. I've typically not invested in high quality furniture before, therefore was a little reluctant in purchasing a vanity unit, but upon receipt of the item I am so glad we did. It's top quality from the packaging to the product itself. We are still finishing our project, but this will certainly be a focal point in the room when completed. Thank you for all the support, and I will certainly purchase from Aquaroc again.”

“Nothing was to much trouble for Auqaroc from purchase to delivery. Each time I spoke with a representative of the company they couldn't do enough for me to accommodate what I needed. I would highly recommend this Company. The Vanity unit itself the Nero is stunning.”

“The sink is stunning and good quality. Basin fixings and waste included which isn't always the case and has caused us an extra little headache in the past. Our sink was expensive but now installed I would say it's great value for money. Delivery was delayed but communication was excellent. Delivery company was good too.”

“I ordered a Belgravia II double vanity unit as i wanted something for my ensuite refit that was different from the usual box on a wall with a sink on top. The item arrived very promptly and would definitly win the best packed award if there was one. Once unpacked i disassembled it to carry upstairs as it was way too heavy for me on my own, but weight equals quality right ? When i reasembled it i noticed there were alignment issues with the drawers so contacted their customer services and was quickly sent a video showing me how to fine adjust. I also noticed one of the drawer runners was faulty so again contacted their customer services who forwarded me on to the director. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and sent me a replacement pair of runners which were easy to fit. Absolutely over the moon with this product, the finish is beautiful, really elegant piece that will no doubt compliment my ensuite. The after sales team are also second to none a real please to do business with. If only all businesses were this good.”
