“We purchased the Rivera 1690 free standing bath. It’s is huge. A stunning bath of the highest quality. It really is worth the money. It is heavy too and took 3 of us to get it up the stairs and in situ. Must also add that the customer service we received from Aquaroc was great. I actually scratched my new bath the day I received it which was devastating to say the least. However upon calling the customer service team they talked me through the easy process of buffing out the scratch. I must say being able to repair marks and scratches so easily is a massive plus point in buying any stone resin bathroom furniture. And that as well as the fact the products are stunning helped us decide on the Puro vanity unit and Allure mirror.”

“I ordered a Belgravia II double vanity unit as i wanted something for my ensuite refit that was different from the usual box on a wall with a sink on top. The item arrived very promptly and would definitly win the best packed award if there was one. Once unpacked i disassembled it to carry upstairs as it was way too heavy for me on my own, but weight equals quality right ? When i reasembled it i noticed there were alignment issues with the drawers so contacted their customer services and was quickly sent a video showing me how to fine adjust. I also noticed one of the drawer runners was faulty so again contacted their customer services who forwarded me on to the director. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and sent me a replacement pair of runners which were easy to fit. Absolutely over the moon with this product, the finish is beautiful, really elegant piece that will no doubt compliment my ensuite. The after sales team are also second to none a real please to do business with. If only all businesses were this good.”

“Over the moon with my dream bath!! If you want a statement bath, this is definalty the company to go for! We went for the Bijou freestanding fluted stone bath 1650mm, and it is honestly perfection 🤍. The customer service is 10/10, and they get back to you very quickly with your questions and we’re very helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our Aquaroc Belgravia 11 walnut vanity unit and matt stone basin. It definitely has the "Wow" factor and is quality piece of furniture. Customer service has been excellent from initial enquiry to sending samples out to the delivery of the vanity unit and sink.”

“I recently bought the Kensington vanity unit along with the mirror and wall cabinet. The customer service has been fantastic! Delivery was arranged only a few hours after placing my order and I received everything within 24 hours in perfect conditions. I am really pleased with the quality of the Aquaroc products.
