“I ordered the Park Lane vanity in walnut and it’s an absolutely beautiful product, very very high quality and just stunning. Additionally I can’t believe how well it was packaged, my plumber was also impressed! Great communication throughout the order process and I was able to get in contact via WhatsApp if necessary with a fast response time. All in all I would highly recommend Aquaroc and would give more than five stars if possible!”

“In the process of purchasing, I contacted via What’s App and got an instant reply. Upon ordering the product was despatched the same day. The couriers actually rang to discuss delivery the day before, and again on the morning of delivery. Midst a house renovation, I must say the was the easiest company to deal with from ordering to delivery (and believe me this hasn’t been the case with other companies). The product itself was exactly what we wanted. The stone sink is luxurious, and the vanity is different compared to the so many other standard styles in the market. Really happy with our purchase.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Very straight forward online order but was able to phone main office number first to confirm a few details. Were willing to hold delivery a few weeks so we could make use of the sale prices whilst giving plumber and builder time to finish. Will come back again”

“Delivery was super quick (next day basicallyy)! Had a small hiccup with the driver - aquaroc stepped in and made sure everything was resolved. The fluted basins are 10/10.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. I called up to ask my advice about both mirrors. He really understood my need and need the range of options I had it was never less experienced or online and even the delivery was a joy with great communication for parties to top off the mirror looks fantastic.”

“Great quality product. Really like the fact that this vanity unit design is completely different to anything on competitors websites - it really makes for a wow factor when entering the bathroom. The price is relective of the quality - you get what you pay for but was a little surprised at the rate for delivery which is just not aligned with what we expect in todays marketplace.”

“We were very impressed with the quality of our bathroom vanity unit when it arrived. Dealing with Aquaroc has been a pleasure from start to finish. Their sales team sent photos and a video of the actual unit prior to us purchasing. Delivery was managed well and it was very well packaged. We will definitely be using Aquaroc in the future”

“The stone material of the basin is so smooth looking and feeling, this is truly luxurious, even the underside of the basin that you would never see is cast perfectly with no jagged edges etc. The whole look of the basin with the wooden unit is a perfect fit and you can tell a lot of thought went in to the design.”

“Firstly the website is ace. Easy to navigate and had the items I had been looking for in stock. There was a slight issue with delivery in which aquaroc are not at fault. They had dispatched the items within 48 hours but it wasnt checked in at the delivery depot. Meaning a day or 2 of solving this. However throughout Mark at aquaroc rang me, kept me updated and was really apologetic. Once it was resolved the items were sent the following day and delivered first thing in the morning. The items are lovely and exactly as pictured. Thanks aquaroc.”

“Excellent customer service! With equally brilliant products. We have used Aquaroc previously and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Needless to say in our second renovation we used aquarks again and there latest product, the Camden vanity unit just completes the bathroom perfectly. Every person that I spoke to in order to aid the ordering process as we were on a tight schedule went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements. Thanks again!”

“Five stars all the way… beautiful products at fair prices for the quality of the items. These items are luxurious & worth every penny. Customer service is outstanding- always available to answer questions & get back very quickly during working hours. Having renovated my house I’ve used these products in 2 rooms & Im glad I did because not only do I love them but also because they elevate the rooms they’re in. Every visitor compliments them.”
