“The last Cornish pasty I had was at Lands End in Cornwall, Then we found The Ansum Pasty Company. Now another thing is that I used to live in Glen Eden and know the area well where Ansum pasties are made. Have had a few deliveries now and will continue to get them. They are great. Pastry is GREAT, fillings are TASTY. Great packaging and still cold when they arrive. Highly recommend this company so if you like Cornish Pasties do not hesitate, go for it, good value. Lamb and mint
For my taste:-
Pastry too thick so not all cooks so soggy inside.
Pasties usually have shortcrust pastry
Lamb was tough with one large lump in mine but the lamb itself WAS TASTY
Potatoes?? (I guess that is it was) cut too small.
Other than the one piece of lamb (except for too much salt) somewhat tasteless.
All in all a disappointment and both of us threw around half awsy
