“Superb service, ordered a drive belt for my Husqvarna Rider, the Husky catalogue showed 2 part numbers, I of course ordered the wrong one. I was quickly and efficiently refunded for the wrong belt and the new correct one was received by return. Good to be able to speak to someone on the other end of the phone who was knowledgeable in their work. Highly recommended.”

“In a couple of words 'quite excellent' service in these troubled times and everything you would hope for but don't always get. It was easy to track down the parts I needed on a well laid out and comprehensive website but I was the one who made an error. The item in question was replaced quickly and a refund made without hesitation. Top drawer.”

“I have to say reading some of these reviews after having purchased I was worried about the outcome. However, after a week I emailed and was told that they are busy but that my item had been dispatched. This duly arrived today, and was exactly as ordered and I can honestly say apart from the wait that I am happy with purchase and responses I received from emails.”

“I placed an order for two replacement chains for my chainsaw and almost immediately received an email informing me that the goods had been despatched. However after a couple of weeks the chains had not arrived. I emailed the company who thanked me for my patience but assumed that the goods were on their way. After more than a month I emailed again and received no reply. Payment has been taken but I have no goods and no apology or acknowledgement. I count this as extremely rude service.”
