The delivery was a real let down. I ordered a pergola and It came on two separate days because it was sent to the incorrect location first. The timings for delivery were too vague and I could not track the item I was given a slot but only half of the order finally arrived, when the other part of the £1,040 order arrived it was just left on the doorstep. On calling customer service they were totally disinterested

Thank your feedback regarding your order, we are sorry that delivery issues have let down your experience when ordering from us. We can see that the order was despatched promptly on July 9th for delivery on July 10th, however, one of the parcels was unfortunately misrouted to the wrong depot. While part of your order was delivered as planned on the 10th, a delay in rerouting meant the missing parcel was not delivered until July 14th. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially due to the lack of available tracking. As we use a third party courier, we can be limited on the actions we can take once an order has left us, however, we would absolutely expect our customer service team to do everything possible to assist and keep you informed. I am sorry that this is not the service you received, your experience is not the service we aim to provide and we will follow up with this internally. I am pleased that all items have now been delivered and despite the issues with delivery, I do hope you are happy with the product now that you have it.

Having purchased an economy fruit cage, it was promptly delivered but the components were incomplete and the assembly instructions woefully lacking. After a number of telephone calls and emails, it was agreed that fruit cage would be returned and a replaced with a discounted superior version. Some time later, this arrived beautifully packed and protected but on opening, similar woefully inadequate assembly instructions were discovered. They failed to permit simple construction and generated considerable frustration, delay and tension. Voicing my repeated concerns and requests for advice to the customer service team was met with friendly and caring responses but no meaningful resolutions as it was clearly evident that the requisite and detailed knowledge of fruit cage assembly to readily provide customer assistance did not exist. At times it was akin to the blind leading the blind. A follow up letter to the MD with suggested amendments to the assembly instructions, copied to the customer services team was not even acknowledged. This has not been a good or even satisfactory experience and one that I will not be repeating with Agriframes' products.
