“This is not a rating for a product because WE HAVEN'.T RECEIVED IT YET. DX the delivery company stated on website YESTERDAY at 8.27am "scanned on delivery vehicle" with delivery between 8am and 6pm This was in Middlebrough 6 miles from our village. Cancelled a doctor's visit to wait in. NOTHING! On their website today "items scanned for delivery" at 12.05 today the 16th. We are still living 6 miles away but now 2.30pm still NOTHING. Hope you agree this is DREADFUL service. Agree DX is not your company but you obviously have arranged this delivery so the fault must lie at youir door. Stops one from ordering again”

“For the price of $1200 the arbor was very weak, wobbly and not at all what the pictures lead you to believe the product is. Customer service was great, however, this arbor should be about $200. Will not order again from this company.”

“Easy ordering and kept in touch with despatch etc. The plant support (black coated metal) is sturdy and just as described. A tad expensive compared to some but worth it - didn’t bend as I pushed it into the ground! Looks good too.”

“Not bad, although had to be cut down to size. The trellis which I bought for roses and a Clematis was rust coloured and the rust covered my hands as we tried to fix it to the wall, created quite a mess but it’s firmly fixed with a decent gap between the trellis and the wall. The fixtures that were supplied were good and I am hoping will remain firmly fixed to the wall.”

“Lovely product but ,seen them for a few years at Chelsea ,but delivery was not complete, I rang to ask for the missing item, it was despatched, not particularly helpful person on the phone, item arrived inadequately packed for shipping, it was quite bend , sent an email with photos and not reply ! Sad to say poor customer service”

“I had an issue, with a past order of bean canes, which I felt were not suitable to my needs, which I reported on feedback. Within a few days I received a email and we corresponded about the issue and how it affected me and how it could be resolved. Today I received a new assignment of bean poles as replacement. What fantastic service I will continue to Agriframes in the future. Well done.”

“I looked for an arbor for quite some time and finally decided upon a Monet (extended) from Argriframes, primarily as they could accommodate a number of sizes, particularly my unique width. I'm completed satisfied that I chose Agriframes and, in fact, just planted to Jasmine plants on either side. Not only is the arbor made of excellent quality, but it shipped very quickly and was masterfully package for transit. Agriframes kept me abreast of the shipping status at each step of they way too. I'm highly impressed with both product and company, and I have recommended Agriframes to many friends and neighbors already.”

“Bought 2 obelisks. Good quality materials and quite easy to assemble (a little easier with 2 people, 2 over 80s took 20mins. to assemble one) Both now up in the garden, ‘hole maker’ provided is very helpful for this. Hope they will last many years.”

“I have a few products from Agriframes, all are well designed, robust and easy to assemble. On this occasion I had a problem with the delivery (in no way the fault of Agriframes). Grace at Agriframes dealt with the issue promptly and went over and above to resolve the problem. Excellent service and excellent products.”
