“We reached out to AMA after failing with a couple of brokers elsewhere. Not only has the service been infinity better, they were able to obtain a mortgage with a lender who had previously declined. Not only does this show the care and attention they put into their cases it highlights the relationships they have with lenders which have been a huge benefit to us. A special thanks to Daniel and Nicole for their amazing service and talking us though every step of the journey as first time buyers as well. We would 100% recommend to friends and family.”

“Like anyone purchasing a home, i was nervous with the whole process. I dealt with Daniel the whole way through. From the very start he was very thorough with information, the process, what to expect and always managed my expectations. He made the process very ease and smooth and gave me step by step guidance the whole way through. He kept in touch with me even if there wasn't an update just to make sure i knew what he was still working on. I have dealt with many companies in the past but Daniel was one who definitely stood out. He truly made me feel he had my best interest at heart and wasn't just here to close his deal. There was never any pressure to do anything and he would always remind me when something needed doing which is handy for a forgetful person like me. He was ALWAYS available even at unsociable hours. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage. 5 stars from me and i will 100% be coming back for my next one!”

“Dan has been absolutely brilliant. He is very proactive and does his best to find the best deal. He gives good and meaningful advice. His approach is primarily focussed on building a long term relationship which means that he is not obsessed with making short term profit. He is friendly and flexible. Overall my experience with AMA is great!”

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to both Daniel and Nicole from AMA for their assistance and unwavering commitment to our case as we sought to remortgage. For months, they continued to provide extensive help in sorting our situation, focusing entirely on the case until they had secured us a new mortgage. Even since then, as we move through the processes to complete the remortgage, they have provided further assistance. Ultimately, they have both gone above and beyond to not only help us every step of the way throughout our current situation, but also reassure and guide us through the whole process. “The most AMAZING team have made our dreams come true. Our situation wasn’t the easiest for lots of reasons and we thought that we had no chance of getting a mortgage. But with the help of Daniel and Nicole we are due to move into our forever family home soon. They were open and honest every step of the way, their knowledge of the industry is superb. When we thought all was over they did everything they could to find a positive outcome without over promising. As a mum to a cancer child they have honestly changed our life for the better. Everything was so easy our part as they did all the hard work for us and were clear with instructions and everything we needed to do. They were so empathetic with our situation without judgement. “Not enough words can describe how amazing this company is. From the initial phone call with Daniel, he put my mind at ease and talked me through the whole process. Once Daniel got all my documents he passed me over to Nicole who took the stress away, yes she asked lots of questions but she was thorough and was thorough for a reason so it made the process as smooth as possible for the lenders and me. “After having issues securing a mortgage through what we believed to be the top broker in the country, we tried AMA in desperation to find an alternative to prevent our house purchase falling through. Straight away our AMA advisor Daniel immediately impressed us with everything he did without delay. What sometimes took days for the previous broker to come back with, he was doing within hours, sometimes minutes in respect of replying to emails and queries. He found us a suitable mortgage without any problems (far better rate than the other brokers mortgage in principal), with minimal fuss and a friendly, professional attitude. We cannot fault Daniel or AMA and highly recommend them”
