“Gap 360 were really helpful and extremely quick with replying to emails before we went on our trip, they were always able to answer any questions we had or if they were unsure they helped put you in contact with a website or person who could answer your question. The online portal is extremely useful as all documents were kept in one place and have lots of information and guidance before you leave all about your trip.”
“I would give this company 0 stars if I could but have to give it one. Booked the Bali teaching trip for 3 weeks to enhance my CV as a Primary School teacher trainee and spent only 2 days of the allocated time teaching what they advertised. When requesting a refund, they have denied any wrongdoing and I am in the process of taking legal action for false advertising and misleading information. There are plenty of other agencies who will provide you with a trip that you pay for so don't bother using this money-milking machine!”

During your time at the project, Bali experienced some bad weather which meant that some students had difficulty getting to school. The class sizes were smaller than usual and for a couple of days not enough students were able to make it in and you were therefore unable to teach. We offered all volunteers the chance to teach at another school in the local area instead but unfortunately you declined this opportunity. We do ask all volunteers to be as flexible as possible during their placements as sometimes the schedule may be interrupted by factors out of our control such as bad weather or public holidays.
We feel that our team in the UK and the local team did everything we could to help you whilst you were in Bali. Since we did not hear back from you in response to our most recent email we were under the impression that this had been resolved. If you’d like to discuss things further, please do get back in touch with our operations team.

“I spent 4 days on their Tuk Tuk tour of Northern Thailand - what an amazing way to see the country.. I have travelled the islands down south many times but never the hill tribes etc around Chang Mai, and this trip was way better than I ever thought one could be!.. It covered so much in a really short space of time, so many amazing vistas, great experiences (water rafting, bathing with elephants, barbequing with locals, etc) and of course the thrill of being on the open road driving your very own Tuk Tuk! Started with a thorough safety briefing/training and finished with a huge bank of happy memories from a truly amazing trip that I will never forget! Thanks Gap 360 ;)”

“Although I had the most amazing time and did some incredible things, I genuinely think that was down to our group rep and the group I was in. However, I feel that once you are out of the company Gap360 do not care about you, it's all about the money for them. Also, whoever wrote the itinary need to actually do the trip and maybe then they will get the information right. I am glad I did it and have made memories that I will cherish forever but I do not recommend Gap360 as a company.”

“This is the second time I've booked a trip through Gap360 and would highly recommend them to any young travellers seeking adventure and venturing out into the world themselves. From helping me to book my flights (and getting a fantastic discount) to answering my endless questions about everything from visas to currency, they have truly gone over and above to get me from A to B and made it as smooth a process as possible.”
“Overall the trip to Thailand was very eventful and fantastic. The tour guide deserves a great deal of respect for everything. The activities were as great as stated in the leaflet. Despite the overall trip, there could be a few improvements. Firstly transport was said to be mainly included, but this wasn't true and cost around £100-£150 in total. The ATM charges cost £5 per transaction, which was horrendous. Additionally there should be a average age range (ours was around 20-21 years old.
It is important to note that a this company cannot control the types of people who book this trip. Unfortunately most of our group were cliquey, snakey, 2-faced, and gossipy; these qualities are very unattractive. Some of the group were really nice, but it is expected that you will be stuck with some untrustworthy people. The cliquey ones made nights out difficult as they excluded others, and then made a massive deal out of them leaving early. Apart from that, the trip was a good success!”

“The Thai Adventure was by far the best thing I’ve ever done! My tour guide Rung made it so enjoyable for everyone, and it was so nice to be shown around the country by a local! Would highly recommend Gap 360 to anyone, as not only are the trips amazing but they are really helpful from start to finish. I unfortunately got food poisoning whilst away, but they phoned me straight away giving advice. Can’t wait to book my next trips very soon!!”

“I really enjoyed my Turtle Conservation trip in Costa Rica. We were caught in floods on the way home and the company Gap 360 put us in touch with was great at helping us get home - we were well looked after! I did love the turtle conservation project we chose in the end was not completely how it described to us - much more basic and we only ate rice and beans. I loved the experience but be prepared for a challenge!!
