“We had a big problem with a roof on a six-block 1960s tenement in Kelvindale. ADM quoted a very good price. Having dealt with many contractors over the years I was a bit suspicious. But no, they were fantastic. They were patient while we gathered the funds, they didn't try to rip us off with extras, the job was explained, they did what the quote said they would do, the workmen on site were pleasant and skilled, they responded to questions. I was so relieved as not all neighbours were fully on board. Billy was great with the technical stuff and payments; Adam was never happier than when he had to come to site to expedite the project. Overall terrific, a great family-based company.”

“After an on-site discussion with Adam and a subsequent & prompt good quote for work on our roof (lots of timber storm/barge-board replacement work plus slate, gutter & chimney work), the guys arrived on-site and worked right through over several days to complete the work. Images were taken as the job progressed and where a few issues were encountered (again with images to show areas) quick solutions were proposed and then actioned. We're very happy with the quality of the work done and conscientious attention to detail by our team Billy and Chuck. Great to find a company and team who care about the quality of their work. Thanks!”

“When ADM came to quote to provide a new roof, we were struck that they emphasised the technical aspect of the job and what needed done; this gave us confidence that work carried out would be to a high standard - it was! To summarise our thinking/experience of ADM: Good job, good price and really good guys. Liam and the crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend ADM roofing.”

“We found ADM Roofing are true to their word. They provided us with a service second to none, kept us fully informed at all stages and provided us with photographs and videos. It’s very refreshing to find a firm that provides both a friendly and a very professional service from start to finish. “Huge thanks to Billy and the team. Today we had a Velux window installed, really please with the job wouldn’t even know they had been here no mess left behind. Not only that but they went above and beyond and fixed some cracked/broken tiles with the tiles they had removed to prevent any future problems. Also cleaned our gutters as an added bonus. Would Highly recommend.”

“During a recent storm, one of the fascia boards fell off my roof leaving a hole to the attic. One of the downpipes had also fallen off. Phoned Adam and his team and they were straight out and explained what they would do to fix both problems and gave me a quote for the work. After I accepted the quote, they put scaffolding up, replaced the old fascia boards with new uPVC ones and also replaced the downpipes with brand new ones. They did a great job and also recommended a good painter to us to paint the soffits & gutters. Really pleased with the results and I would use ADM again. Kept me informed the whole way through and were easy to deal with.”

“The team worked solidly through the day and completed the repairs to the guttering around a dormer window in a day. The guys were very pleasant and happy to explain what they were doing. “❤️ WoW ❤️ ADM are AMAZING ❤️ After being let down with previous roofing companies, I contacted ADM Roofing and Adam the owner attended promptly and put my mind at ease immediately. My old cast iron gutters were leaking like a waterfall every time we had heavy rain and previous roofers had told me that the cast iron gutters would be a nightmare to renew so best option would be to seal up the cracks in the cast iron !! Adam explained & simplified the process and also identified the reason I was getting water ingress through my kitchen extension velux window. Adam’s fabulous team arrived soon after and removed all the old cracked cast iron gutters and replaced with gorgeous new white deep flow gutters & replaced the broken tiles around the velux window on my kitchen extension roof with absolute ease. Gosh, all the roofers were fantastic and so reliable, courteous, hardworking & happy. I am absolutely delighted with the work and recommend ADM Roofing a billion percent. Thank You for giving me Peace of Mind 🏡❤️🙏”

“I had what to me was a major issue with my roof leaking and had a couple of cowboys come out to "fix it" needless to say it was not fixed and thank goodness i came across ADMRoofing i called them and within an hour or so Adam called me back and was out to have a look at the problem which he identified pretty much as soon as he got onto the roof. Very professional gave me a written quote which i was happy with arranged for his guys to come out and do the job and i have to say they have done a very very good job, all members of the team brilliant and i think the best recommendation is i will definitely be using ADMRoofing for any future roofing issues and would urge others to look no further than these guys simply the best for me A+++++++”

“Finding a builder can be a daunting experience. ADM we're recommended and when telephoned, supplied a very competitive quote within days of asking. Building work began on time, with builders arriving every morning at 8.30. Service was beyond expectation, with all staff professional and friendly at all times. All works were completed on time and fully within specification. Quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend this company and their staff - choose with 100% confidence.”

“Firstly, very informative pre job and took the time to explain in detail what was included in the price and provided a free quote in writing. ADM didn't push or hassle for the work to be done, once I contacted them to agree for the work to be done, they again were very prompt and went over everything again. The work was then completed in a professional manner and completed within a few days. A great job, we are very happy overall with everything and would highly recommend ADM for a piece of mind and trustworthy job well done. No messing about. Thanks again to the ADM Roofing team.”

“After years of paying money to scam builders but still having continuous water ingress, we found this wonderful company. We now have, not only a watertight roof but one that also looks amazing. Professional, friendly, efficient tradesmen who kept us informed daily on the progress. We would like to mention by name these hard working, professional men and say thanks to Mark, Del and Lee for a job well done. Thanks to all in the company and to Mark and Billy who expedited the work so quickly. “Adam and his team are outstanding. Highly skilled, professional and hard working - they rescued our re-roofing project after we were badly let down by another contractor. I cannot recommend them enough highly enough. We have a Grade 2 listed property in Helensburgh with complex leadwork and slate requirements. Their work has been exemplary, efficient and stress free with Adam responding to any issues. His team deserve a medal for working in horrendous weather conditions! Thankyou”

“Just had a full roof replacement,facias,soffits,gutters and down pipes by ADM,Adam and the boys did a first class job,very competitive price,explained work to be carried out in detail,as the work progressed you were shown photos of the days work,boys were here on time each day,tidy and polite and worked through some brutal weather,a big thank you to mark,Willie,Scot,dale and billy for all your hard work,much appreciated and would highly recommend ADM.”
