We had a big problem with a roof on a six-block 1960s tenement in Kelvindale. ADM quoted a very good price. Having dealt with many contractors over the years I was a bit suspicious. But no, they were fantastic. They were patient while we gathered the funds, they didn't try to rip us off with extras, the job was explained, they did what the quote said they would do, the workmen on site were pleasant and skilled, they responded to questions. I was so relieved as not all neighbours were fully on board. Billy was great with the technical stuff and payments; Adam was never happier than when he had to come to site to expedite the project. Overall terrific, a great family-based company.
