“3 Flow were recommended to me as a drainage firm. In reality, they're so much more. When we needed their help in an 'emergency' situation, they were on site promptly, dealt with the job efficiently and calmly and also with good humour. Once the job was done, the site was cleaned, washed down and left ship-shape. Excellent work, great customer service but, in my opinion, absolute heroes! Can not speak of them highly enough.”

“We had a slow running bath which we had tried to clear ourselves with conventional methods but it was clear we needed to call in the professionals. Needless to say, with the right equipment and expertise, as soon these guys were here, it was running clear within a very short time. Thanks guys for your help and for coming at an unsociable hour at no extra charge.”

“Came out to fix a blocked kitchen exit drain. Super easy to book and communicate with. It was a gross job but it was dealt with efficiently and the guy was really friendly the whole time. He was very knowledgable and willing to explain if we had any questions. Would absolutely use again in the future without hesitation.”

“***** 5 stars!! I’ve now used Vic & team twice to clear a blocked domestic drain. On both occasions, Vic went out of his way to provide a top quality service. He is incredibly responsive, helpful and fairly priced. Most recently Vic answered a 8pm Sunday evening call to clear a completely blocked drain, arriving at the house 20 minutes later and preventing what could have been a much bigger problem. Amazing service and friendly people. I cannot recommend Vic and team highly enough.”

“They came immediately. Sorted the issue in 10 minutes. Cleared away all residue from the full manhole so it looked like it had never happened. Very knowledgeable and explained the issue. Very friendly too. Thank you!”

“I work for a management company and one of my sites needed works undertaking. I had used other companies in the past for service and repair but was really struggling to pin them down on quotes for required work etc. I emailed a few companies and I am so glad that 3 Flow Drainage was one of them. I have dealt with Vic who has been so responsive and informative that it has made the whole process run smoothly. They carried out a survey to look at what would be required (repair or replacment) and the report back was informative. Extremely happy with the service I have received and I hope to use 3 Flow Drainage every year for servicing and maintenance. No need to look elsewhere. 5* service - thank you.”

“We needed a camera survey, of the drains, to be carrried as part of a house sale. Friendly chap came, showed us the situation on his screen and also provided us with a copy of his findings. Very helpful, thorough and, most importantly, we were comfortable with his demeanour. No hard sell. Thank you, very much appreciated.”
