“Engineer called to confirm his expected arrival time. Very professional and tidy. He did a great job and explained what he was doing as he went along. He also showed me the drains running clear on his camera. Drains were tested before he left so it was all running perfectly. Recommended highly”

“Our sincerest thank you to the engineer who came yesterday. First and foremost, his telephone call advising us of his expected arrival time, was very pleasant. When he arrived, he was friendly and informed and had us unblocked within the hour. The customer service, at such a late hour, was exceptional. Customer service, to that standard, is seldom seen these days so a very big thank you”

“Awesome service! Called late afternoon and it was absolutely no problem coming out there and then having just finished another job. Friendly, value for money and neat and tidy. I hope not to have any further problems but if I do, 3 Flow are on speed dial!”

“Very impressed, not only with the rapid response time to my mum's drainage issue, but also how friendly and patient they were when they arrived. With my mum being elderly, it was a distressing situation for her but they explained everything to her step by step and kept me informed too. Very big thank you”
