“We called on the off-chance that they may have an engineer free to come out to us and luck was on our side. Despite their evidently hectic schedule, they squeezed us in and we couldn't be more thankful. The guy was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time making sure everything was absolutely spot-on before leaving. Thank you very much indeed. Would definitely use again.”

“We found ourselves needing a drainage expert and fairly sharpish at that! A quick search suggested 3 Flow as a promising option and let's just say, we were not disappointed. Very quick to assign an engineer, quick to arrive & diagnose and even quicker to get the job wrapped up. Definitely a case of working smarter. Well done lads.”

“I called the office quite late in the day and, true to their word, they're 24 hour and didn't charge extra for an out-of-hours call-out. An engineer was with us within a few hours and, despite the hour and the length of his day, he was very cheerful and professional. He identified the problem quickly, got it sorted and gave some great advice for avoiding repeat issues.”
