“The products are mostly good but I find that when there is a problem, it often isn't always dealt with efficiently and I have to chase for a resolution. I have been made to feel like it was my fault in the past when a wrong item was sent and been left with a bad feeling about the company. It takes ages to get money back on faulty items and return postage is never reimbursed. I have recently lost my free delivery on an order because of a credit that took ages to clear and then took my order value under £100, costing an additional £5. I will continue to order from 3D as there are items I can't get elsewhere nextday but I have started ordering some items elsewhere which is saving me money and the service is often better when there's a problem.
I know they are little things and it may sound petty but the little things add up. Especially when you are a small business like me.”
